What is our approach to competition? The concept is simple.... respect.

Both of us have competed in sport at a fairly high level, and have achieved provincial championships with a number of teams that we have been involved in. Our boys both have competed as well and have also had the same success. We understand competition from personal experience, and having had significant achievements we have transferred that understanding to our real estate business model.

We have never believed that the heart of competition is to describe our competitors in a negative way, it doesn't work in sport and it doesn't work in business. To do so would contradict our personal principles, ethics, and values. Respect is the greatest principle of competition in our view, and we conduct ourselves with that in mind, speaking positively of our colleagues, and understanding that all people have the right to chose to work with the Realtor(s) that are the best 'fit' for them.

While you may hear some Realtors compete with negative comparisons, you will not hear that from our team. That approach would not have won us any championships in sport, in fact would have been considered 'unsportsmanlike'. We choose to gain respect through our competitive edge, skills, and abilities - just like we did on our teams. We don't need to talk about others, we concentrate on how we can make your experience working with us the best it can be.

Ultimately the awards in our business that we have achieved are founded on a simple principle: RESPECT
