John is a Licensed Realtor working with clients in and around Red Deer Alberta. He began to exercise his interest in Real Estate as a young adult in 1989 when he independently developed a sub-division, purchased and sold several properties for his family, and built a family home. John has lived in central Alberta his entire life, and experienced both rural and urban living, he knows the people and knows the real estate market. 

John works with both buyers and sellers and offers extensive expertise to our rural clients as a Land and Acreage specialist putting his 30 plus years of experience as a farmer, rancher and landowner to use for you. His knowledge, depth of experience and warm genuine approach all combine for a successful client experience for city residential, acreage and bare land buyers and sellers.  

Dorian  MBA, CRSS

Dorian is a Licensed Realtor and Certified Home Stager with our Red Deer based real estate team, and works with both buyers and sellers. She brings over 26 years of experience working working with families and individuals having retired as a Registered Nurse after an extensive and successful career working in healthcare on the front line and as a business management consultant, and has worked with our team since 2008. 

As well as being your Realtor, Dorian also provides expert home staging services exclusively for our listing clients. Dorian focuses her work on city residential properties and also works in partnership with John to provide services for our rural clients. She has a highly professional, genuine, and caring approach that our clients really appreciate, her work for you ensures that you are well supported every step of the way.   

Dorian is a member of the Canadian ReDesigners Association and the Real Estate Staging Association and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration.
