We appreciated John's easy manner, he is a good listener and is not pushy but he knows his stuff. We also liked Dorian's ideas on space both for selling the house and for setting up our new home. They are both friendly and knowledgeable, we loved working with them and would do it again. Do we recommend them to others? Yeppers!

Both John and Dorian knew that I had very little time to find something and they committed the weekend to me. They were both very knowledgeable and honest with me about each house - I valued their opinions. I never felt pressure to make decisions and they were both very open to giving me time and space to explore each house. They went above and beyond to help me buy a house quickly and without hassle. I only had a few days to find a house, make an offer, and finalize the deal. In 4 days I found a house I loved, made and offer, got an inspection, cleared the conditions and had home with a possession day that was perfect! It couldn't have gone any better, I had a great experience and absolutely recommend Dorian and John!

We had a fabulous experience, the service was professional and honest. Dorian helped us to understand where the markets were at and explained how and why we should position ourselves within that selling strategy. Right from the first day our experience was great. The home staging and aesthetic suggestions took our home to the next level and made it more appealing to a potential buyer. The respect for our family time was outstanding. Having a young family makes selling a house a huge burden, and we were told from day one that if a viewing didn't fit with out needs then it was okay to say 'not at this time'. The commitment from John and Dorian was amazing, our offer came in late in the evening and we signed off on the offer at 11:30PM, with Dorian at our kitchen table walking us through each step!! We would absolutely recommend them to others! This process was easy and effortless.

We enjoyed working with John, he was always helpful, pleasant and provided good advice. He kept his eyes open for us and came through on a bank repo that was priced right. John has the right skills and knowledge, was a treat to work with and expedited the process along smoothly, even when he had to be away there was someone to look after us. We most certainly would consider John for any future purchases or sales.
